Whether you are a novice or an expert Project Manager, PMGS has developed a training curriculum adapted to your project management level. This curriculum, based on the PMI ® standards, is divided into four levels: Introduction, Reference, Certifications and Master.
Curriculums
Our "Introduction" courses are built to provide participants an understanding of basic project management and program management techniques. Based on your profile, these courses provide you with a basis on which to build your skills in project management.
Our "Reference" courses are suitable for participants wishing to consolidate their knowledge. For each of the nine knowledge areas of PMBOK®, participants will deepen and explore new skills and knowledge.
Our "Certifications" courses are built to help applicants prepare to pass the PMI® exam by providing techniques, tools and methods to thwart the PMI® examination questions.
Our “Advanced” courses provide the skills and knowledge needed at this level. These courses are designed to cover all aspects, even the most fastidious, of project management.
