PMGS offers various training delivery methods to provide the most refined learning experience. Students obtain knowledge, skills and tools they can begin to apply immediately once back on the job. Depending on the topic of interest, PMGS offers conferences, workshops, trainings and webinars.
Delivery Methods
The conferences are designed to inform a group of participants on current and key Project Management topics. This type of activity typically lasts a maximum of one day. Participants are invited to share their experiences and ask questions throughout the activity. Exercises are limited.

The training sessions offered by PMGS are designed to heighten the learning experience. Our trainers introduce targeted contents to a specific audience. These trainings are held at the client’s premises or using hotel meeting facilities. Participants are encouraged to apply the learning and theoretical concepts during interactive exercises with their peers. This type of activity is typically a maximum of four days and is opened to participants from a single or various companies.

The workshops aim at applying theory through exercises and case-studies to simulate “real life” project experiences. This highly interactive approach brings together participants from one organization (or more) around a common Project Management concept. For this activity typically lasting a maximum of 2 days, a group of 6 to 8 participants is recommended.

Lasting anywhere from 20 minutes to three hours, webinars cover specific topics allowing participants to interact amongst themselves or with the speaker. The Webinars are broadcasted live and / or in a deferred (previously recorded) fashion.
